Alea is an Associate Attorney at Stone Bybee & Associates, PLLC, whose practice is primarily dedicated to estate and trust administration and assisting executors, trustees, and beneficiaries through the legal and procedural nuances of probate and trust administration. Since her Nevada licensure in 2023, Alea has made trust and estate law the exclusive focus of her legal practice.
Prior to joining the firm, Alea practiced at a litigation firm specializing in trust and estate disputes, a background that provides her with firsthand experience in identifying what can go wrong when estate plans are unclear, outdated, or improperly administered. She brings that practical, preventive perspective to her administration work, helping clients navigate their responsibilities while minimizing risk and conflict. In addition to administration matters, she also assists clients with estate planning needs.
Alea approaches her work with an emphasis on clarity, efficiency, and thoughtful problem-solving, recognizing that estate matters often come at sensitive moments for families. She is proud to support the firm’s commitment to providing careful, client-focused estate planning and administration services.
Outside of the office, Alea enjoys musical theater, crafting, and movie nights at home.
