We are excited to announce a significant milestone in the 20+ year journey of Stone Law Offices, Ltd. – we are now officially known as Stone Bybee & Associates, PLLC, an advanced estate planning law firm jointly established by S. Craig Stone II, Esq. and Brendan Bybee, Esq.
This transition is due to several significant developments over the past year.
First, Brendan joined Stone Law Offices, Ltd. in 2020 and throughout his tenure with the firm has demonstrated exemplary dedication, legal acumen, and a deep commitment to client success, and advanced to equity partner with the firm. In recognition of the same, Stone Bybee & Associates, PLLC was established as both a reflection of our common approach to client service, and the combination of the unique skill sets that each of us bring to the practice.
Second, in 2023, Craig and Brendan jointly acquired the practice of their retiring mentor and well-respected colleague, Bryan A Lowe, Esq. This acquisition was consistent with our position of providing comprehensive estate and business planning legal services to cater to the evolving needs of its clientele. We express our gratitude to Bryan A Lowe for his years of leadership and guidance. His legacy will continue through Stone Bybee & Associates’ ongoing commitment to excellence.
Third, our firm has continued to grow over the past few years, both in the number of team members and in the legal services that our clients need to address the increasingly complex world in which we live. As a result, we formed Stone Bybee & Associates as part of a strategic process to expand our innovative approach of combining qualitative and quantitative design principles in crafting comprehensive and effective wealth transfer strategies for affluent families, business owners, and their trusted advisors, and where the firm is increasingly doing work on a regional and national basis.
The transition from Stone Law Offices to Stone Bybee & Associates should be transparent and painless for our clientele – all of our team members remain in place, our contact information (address, telephone numbers, and email) remains the same, and client files and matters will be automatically transferred to Stone Bybee & Associates.
Over the next few weeks, we are undergoing a strategic rebranding to reflect a new law firm name and the update and transition of our website, letterhead, logos, etc. We will post regular updates as these changes take effect.
