Stephanie Hartman Rojo is an associate attorney at Stone Law Offices. Her practice is focused primarily on estate planning, asset protection, trust administration, and probate matters. Stephanie helps families design and implement comprehensive estate plans—including various trusts, wills, and other creative approaches—for estates of all sizes.
Clients contact her when they need to solidify a plan for their future, they need assistance handling affairs after the death of a loved one, or need a comprehensive, top-down review of their existing documents. Whether she is having a one-on-one consultation or advocating on behalf of a trustee or beneficiary, Stephanie makes client communication a priority. Her primary goal is to resolve estate planning matters as smoothly and efficiently as possible so her clients can have peace of mind to move forward with their lives. Stephanie believes in fostering long-lasting attorney-client relationships with clients through ongoing communication.
A Las Vegas native, Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Regent University School of Law. She is a member of the Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys (SNAWA) and the Stanford Alumni Club. Prior to joining the team at Stone Law Offices, Stephanie worked as an attorney at the Southern Nevada Senior Law Program, educating and assisting seniors with their estate planning concerns.
During law school, Stephanie was honored with the Community Changer Award for her efforts to raise awareness and funds for public interest advocacy work. She also served as a board member of the Hispanic Legal Student Association, Public Interest Advocates of Regent, and the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund.
Stephanie is a proud plank-owner of the National Award Winning Centennial High School Navy JROTC program. She enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two young children, attending weekly yoga classes, curling up with a good financial planning book, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
